1) HMS Salvonia; 2) MV Port Chalmers shows St Elmo-Valetta Lighthouse 3) and 4) Rochester Castle shows both Ricasoli Lighthouse and St Elmo-Valetta Lighthouse 6) 5) ML134;   7)  MV Melbourne Star: 8) HMS Jaunty all show Ricasoli Lighthouse 2) MV Port Chalmers shows St Elmo-Valetta Lighthouse 3) and 4) Rochester Castle shows both Ricasoli Lighthouse and St Elmo-Valetta Lighthouse 6) ML168 shows what might be either lighthouse  in the 1940’s.  Breakwater had a vertical pole set in front of it which is shown on the stamps. Both towers have had their lanterns removed.
